Welcome to the World Institute of Pennsylvania

The World Institute of Pennsylvania is a charitable non-profit organization providing youth locally and around the world with developmental opportunities through industry-specific internship programs.

For youth in the age range of 16 through 26, the World Institute of Pennsylvania - also known as "World PA" - provides practical guidance for our youth, personalized training, and industry connections while achieving the longer-term goal of developing and retaining our regional workforce, which contributes to a stronger economic environment.

For regional businesses and other kinds of organizations, World PA provides guidance for setting up an internship position for the first time and also support for improving existing internship programs - with the goal of achieving a mutually beneficial internship experience for the employer and for the youth individual. The program creates a triple win in achieving its goals...
